: Liquor regulations require that all alcohol purchased by consumer be sold to them by licensed retailers. Drnxmyth does not sell or ship direct to consumer. Instead on this website, Licensed retailers that carry Drnxmyth sell to you and these retailers pay CloudBar.ai a fee for advertising.
: Yes, definitely. The purchase of alcohol comes with the legal requirement that a person with valid ID showing they are over 21 years of age or older must be present to accept the order. Please make arrangements with Drnxmyth or your shipping carrier to deliver your product when someone 21 years or older will be available.
: Yes! Login to your account and click "manage". From there, select the product you'd like to swap and click "swap product". Choose from any available options and click "swap". That's it!
: Login to your account, go to Manage --> Schedule --> Edit--> Delivery Schedule Edit and select the desired shipping cadence.
: The drinks arrive in an insulated box with super frozen gel packs. It’s normal for the gel packs to be slightly melted by the time they arrive. They release cold air into the box as they melt. The insulation keeps our boxes (and the contents within) at refrigerated temperatures for a long time. We’ve thoroughly tested them in all seasons and across all climates. The cold air does dissipate quickly when you open the box though, so you should transfer your drinks to the fridge immediately. Drinks should arrive cold and/or below room temperature. To guarantee your order Drnxmyth.com has offered Route Insurance as an option to cover shipping related spoilage issues. If your drinks arrive warm or have spoiled, please let us know at cheers@drnxmyth.com and we will assist in processing.
