Five different kinds of hops -- Citra, Centennial, Sterling, Azacca, Mosaic -- are infused into high-proof, locally-distilled vodka. Vegan Aquafaba is there to provide the foam 'head'. Shake hard and long before pouring to activate the aquafaba to its ideal foam level. The slight sweet of the juices is balanced with the lingering bitter from the hops.
